The informaton we collect to process orders only will include your name, address, email and postal address to facilitate the order processing This information is held both by Electronic data and printed data.
All sensetive information like banking/credit/debit card details are processed via a 3rd party (PayPal) using SSL and these companies have their own GDPR to which we have no control over (please refer to PayPal for further info)
Electronic data is kept via a secure server that uses 2 factor authorisation and protected by Anti Virus Software and is held for order processing and for tax purposes all information that is not required for these purposes will be deleted after 12 weeks, all other information will be held for 7 years as stipulated by HMRC and other Govt bodies
Paper/Hard Copies of information will be kept securely in a locked filing facility and like the data information we keep will either be disposed of after 12 weeks by shredding or after 7 years for Tax purposes by shredding
